The Mustang Jail is located at 650 East State Highway 152 in Mustang, Oklahoma. The jail is a part of the Mustang Police Department building, which is located on the south side of Highway 152 and just east of Chicken Express and the Bank of Commerce. The jail is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
We are able to provide bail bonds for both Mustang Municipal and Canadian County charges, provided the Canadian County charges are "probable cause" and the person is not being held on an outstanding warrant. If there is an outstanding warrant the person will have to be transported to the County Jail before a bail bond can be used to secure their release.
To complete the bail bond application and paperwork we will meet with you at the Mustang Police Department building, where we will also post the bond. The whole process usually only takes a little over an hour.
Unlike Yukon and Piedmont, the City of Mustang does not require an additional fee to be paid when municipal bonds are posted.
